Absolutely! While we can't refund existing payments made, you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
Can I change my address?
Absolutely! Email hello@kelsiehoss.com and we can update that for you. However, we are unable to change addresses for packages already in transit.

We will introduce a new special edition design so you can continue your collection!
Will I receive upcoming books in my subscription?
Yes! As Kelsie releases new books, they will be added to this subscription! However, they may be delivered outside of release month.
What if I don't have all the titles in this design?
It's important to subscribe as soon as possible! Subscribers will have first access to these covers and remaining covers may be offered at kelsiehoss.com for individual purchase.
Can I order these covers and swag any other way?

If I miss the deadline to order March's box, can I still get it?
When all the boxes representing series have been sent, you may have the opportunity to purchase a box you missed based on available quantity.

When do they ship?
Our team begins shipping out the boxes the first day of the month following your subscription/order date! Shipping times will vary depending on location and volume of orders.
Can I wait to order?
You can subscribe at any time! However, availability is limited and previous boxes may or may not be available. Example: The deadline to subscribe to receive April's box is March 31 - the deadline to receive May's box is April 30, etc.
Can I purchase the swag separately?
At this time it is only available with the hard cover subscription or in digital versions with the digital subscription.
Are the books signed?
All the books come with a printed signature and note by Kelsie!
