Shipping policy
Our goal is to ship all packages within 5 business days. Once available, you will receive an email with your tracking number. The tracking number may be provided before the parcel has been collected by the shipping company. If it hasn't shown progress after several days, please contact support at hello@kelsiehoss.com
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll promptly resolve the issue, typically by sending a replacement at no cost.
Print books come with a signature page. If you want a hand-signed copy, Kelsie occasionally attends book signings various times throughout the year. Check out our upcoming events for the one nearest you.
For international orders, please note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
We cannot guarantee a specific box or swag item with your order as we are constantly making an effort to improve our packaging to ensure books arrive safely to you. Your order is for the books. The additional swag or packaging not listed on the product page is a perk, not guaranteed with your order.
