Refund policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be provided on any product.
We want you to be happy with the quality of your purchase! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us promptly with photos. We'll promptly resolve the issue, typically by sending a replacement* at no cost.
Customers must notify us of any order discrepancies, defects, shipping damage, or missing items within 30 days of the purchase date.
Failure to provide written notice within this 30-day period constitutes acceptance of the order as delivered and may result in denial of any replacement, refund, or credit request.
*We will replace items if:
- The package is verified lost via tracking
- There is a major printing error or damage that affects readability
- Something promised on the product page is missing
- There is significant damage to the product due to shipping
We will not replace (except at the purchaser's expense) if:
- Tracking shows the item was delivered
- Delivery fails due to unpaid fees, incorrect address, or refused package
- Minor cosmetic damage to page edges or book corners
